WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING & DELIVERY?
Orders are despatched within 24 hours using Royal Mail Second Class delivery within the UK (normally 2-5 days). If Royal Mail can get there, we can deliver it! Please allow for any delays that Royal Mail may experience due to strike action. Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of the UK. Delivery is FREE.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We hope you love your purchase but if it’s not love at first sight then please inform us that you will be returning your item. From receipt, you have 14 days to return your item.
Kindly package it in the same condition and manner in which you received it. Postage will be at your own expense and will need to be sent as a tracked parcel so that you know we have received it. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive or that arrive in a damaged state.
If your item is faulty or damaged when you receive it then please contact us within 7 days so that we can rectify the problem. Proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item will be required.
